The York Fitness Standard 1” Spinlock Close Grip Combi Bar is designed for use with standard 1” cast weight plates. Offering an alternative to a traditional straight barbell, the curved middle section allows the user to re-position their hands to avoid wrist strain while training. Ideal for both tricep and bicep work, the bar will support you to lift longer and eventually heavier as you gain strength. The maximum weight capacity for the bar is 125kg.
