The Utility Bench from York Fitness provides 13 different positions allowing a wide variety of exercises to be performed on one piece of equipment. The backrest moves through decline, flat and incline all the way up to 70 degrees. It is quick and simple to adjust and the deep cushioned upholstery gives superior comfort. The 13 in 1 Bench also folds flat for storage.
This versatile Bench means you can perform a wide range of exercises such as: flat chest flys, incline chest flys, decline chest flys, sit-ups, shoulder presses, bicep curls, hyper extrensions and many, many more!
