With a top speed of 16 km/h and a cushioned running deck the York Anniversary T201 Treadmill is great to run on. Heart rate controlled programs will automatically adjust the incline to match your heart rate meaning you can get a much more effective workout, and 3 accessory trays means there’s plenty of room to keep your water bottle etc to hand. Convenient speed and incline adjusters are located on the hand rails and with speakers and an MP3 player input you can listen to your favourite tunes while you workout.
