Height adjustable from 121 to 146 cm, you can easily find the position that feels most comfortable for you. Designed with adjustable safety spotters, the stands are suitable for performing Flat/Incline/Decline Bench Presses, Squats, Curls, Upright Rows, Shrugs, Calf Raises and more in complete safety. Easily adjustable, simply turn and pull the handle to increase the height.
