With ten possible angles from -10 to + 85, the Adjustable Incline/Decline Bench enables a multitude of free exercises including dumbbell or cable flys, single arm rows, chest press, seated shoulder press or seated curls.
Built with an ultra-durable grey frame and black upholstery, this Bench fits smartly into both the home and commercial environment, allowing you to build your kit with equipment such as dumbbells, barbells, cables, curl bars and tricep bars to pair with the Bench for the optimum strength workout (sold as the Bench only – accessories/extras sold separately).
Its adjustable angles on chest press, flys and supine triceps extension exercises allow you to vary the exercise and hit different motor units, while the auto adjusting seat and anti-slip rubber feet provide a secure and comfortable workout position.
Complete with a handle and wheels for easy portability.
