Precision engineered from top grade flat oval steel, the Flat Bench from Jordan Fitness is a dependable and durable option for all gym environments. Covered in fine grade upholstery and padding, it provides a comfortable platform for resistance movements. The Flat Bench features a low bench height for the prime workout position, designed to optimise results and develop your horizontal press muscles. It’s ideal for use with dumbbells, barbells and EZ curl bars for strength training.
